home > letting agent problems

08 August 2008

I am experiencing problems with my present Letting Agent:

We do deal with, from time to time, landlords who have experienced problems with their present Agent and, as a result, the tenancy has resulted in problems too. This can vary from rent arrears to maintenance or in some cases of gross negligence.

We are not here to cause disrespect to any agencies, who on the whole do a very good job in managing their clients properties, but sometimes things go wrong, and if there is no where else for you to turn to, we are here to advise and help resolve the problem.

Your Letting Agency, if looking after your property on a fully managed basis, should be inspecting your property on average every 3 months and reporting back any maintenance problems or problems with the tenants. If you ask, they can send you photographs, digital cameras are favoured in this area now as they are so easy to use and the results are instant and easy to download onto a computer. If you are kept updated on this kind of basis, problems can be reported and acted on instantly, keeping you and your tenants happy.

We would require all paperwork you have on your rented property and the agency, and a letter of authority from you to act on your behalf, then we can proceed to help you.

Simply fill in your details and basic requirements and we will deal with your enquiry immediately >>>
